Our Luxury Villa boasts over 2,228 sq ft of living space, our single storey home is much larger than the standard Orlando holiday villa and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families sharing. |
Our Villa offers you privacy, being located on a corner plot, not overlooked from the rear by other villas. The land behind the villa consists of natural woodland and open area, giving you a great view as you relax around the pool.
| Our luxury Orlando Villa, has 5 bedrooms (2 master suites), 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), a 26 x 13 ft private South facing pool and spa with an extended pool deck and covered lanai, 2 separate dining areas, a large family room overlooking the pool area, a fully fitted kitchen, games room, air conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities, a DVD and CD player, and 6 flat screen televisions each with cable TV (one in each bedroom and a 42” plasma screen in the Family room) make this a special vacation retreat. So at the end of the day, when you have spent your energy running around the Disney resort you can find plenty to entertain you back at the villa! |  |
The five bedrooms allow 10 adults to sleep comfortably but should this not quite fulfill your needs, an easy to transform Queen sized sofa bed can be found in the family room.
Our luxury Villa near Disney World is in an ideal location for you to experience all that Orlando has to offer, whether it’s the world famous theme parks (Walt Disney World can be is reached in just 12 minutes), the award winning Golf courses (over 20 full size courses with-in a 20 mile radius), the outstanding malls and retail outlets, or the huge selection of quality restaurants, diners and bars (many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one holiday).

Being located on the US 27, just over one mile from the US 192 and ten minutes from the Interstate 4, you'll have easy access to all of Orlando's main thoroughfares, making it easy to get to where ever you wish to go around Orlando. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 1 hour).
